Refund policy

At Keesley, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer returns within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

What Items Are Returnable?

  • Items must be unused or slightly used, in their original packaging, and include all labels, accessories, and assembly tools.
  • Return requests must be emailed to hello@keesley.com within 14 days of delivery (please include your full name, email, and order number).
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • The RestNest offers a unique 100 night trial. If you're not 100% in love, we'll take it back. No questions asked!

How to Return an Item

  1. Email hello@keesley.com with your return request.
  2. You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
  4. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving your return.

Refund Process

  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
  • If return shipping is prepaid by us (in rare cases), the cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

Exchanges

  • If you need a different item, the fastest way is to place a new order and return the original item.
  • We will process the return once we receive the returned product and confirm it meets our return criteria.

Missing Package 

Once an order has been marked as “delivered” by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for the physical custody of the package. In the rare event that your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we ask that you:

  • Double-check around the delivery area (porch, side door, garage, etc.)
  • Confirm with household members or neighbors
  • Wait up to 24 hours, as packages are sometimes scanned early by carriers

Refunds cannot be issued for orders marked as delivered unless the package is returned to us or the carrier verifies a delivery error.

However, we are happy to assist in locating your package and, where appropriate, may offer a one-time replacement at no additional cost. This is determined on a case-by-case basis to ensure fair resolution and to protect against fraudulent claims.

Failed Deliveries Due to Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information entered at checkout is accurate and complete.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we are unable to issue a full refund until the original item has been returned and inspected at our facility.

In these cases, customers have two options:

  • Reshipment: We can reship your order to the corrected address for a small reshipment fee to cover the additional shipping cost.

  • Refund: A full refund will be issued once the returned package is received by our team.

Please note: If you choose not to have your item reshipped and the return package is not received, no refund can be issued.
