Shipping policy
Order Processing
All orders placed on Keesley.com are processed and fulfilled within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, it will be shipped according to the shipping method chosen at checkout. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Shipping Times & Carriers
After your order is shipped, delivery times may vary based on the shipping speed selected:
- Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
We ship using the following carriers:

FedEx: 1-800-463-3339
USPS: 1-800-275-8777

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States.
Updating Shipping & Billing Information
Shipping Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact hello@keesley.com within 6 hours of placing your order.
- We will do our best to accommodate changes.
- If your order has already been processed and a tracking number has been issued, we cannot modify the address.
Billing Address Changes
We cannot update billing addresses after an order is placed. However, as long as the shipping address is correct, your order will be processed without issues.
Order Cancellation
To cancel an order, email hello@keesley.com within 6 hours of placing your order.
- Use the subject line: “Cancel Order – [Your Order Number]”
- If the order has already been processed and a tracking number has been issued, we cannot cancel the order.
Shipping to Special Addresses
Mail Forwarding Services
We ship to Mail Forwarding Service addresses, but once the order is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or missing items. Orders shipped to Mail Forwarding Services are not eligible for replacements.
P.O. Boxes
We ship to P.O. boxes, but shipping times may be longer than standard delivery due to carrier limitations.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 72 hours for tracking information to update.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of your shipping confirmation, email hello@keesley.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate the issue.
